Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow one business day to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 12 pm during business hours will be shipped the following day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be shipped within two business days.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within two business days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of ($10) applies to orders shipping to orders shipped within the United States. Optional: We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to the US.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
